Kevin Mitchell is a transformational entrepreneur, executive coach, and business consultant with decades of experience developing organizations from start-ups to billion-dollar enterprises across multiple industries, including healthcare, technology, and financial services. As President & COO of OPIN Systems, an innovative software company, and through his executive roles at GE Capital United Healthcare, Citibank, and various startups, he has pioneered cutting-edge strategies and business culture infused with transformational vision and values.
Currently, Kevin serves as the Director of the Transformation Entrepreneurs Institute for Transform Our World Ministries, mentors aspiring entrepreneurs, and acts as a frequent speaker and consultant on transformational entrepreneurism. He also sits on the boards of other companies and NGOs. His vision is to create a marketplace where businesses go beyond profits and transform the world into a better place.
Clynt Reddy

Clynt holds his masters in divinity from Bethel University and has worked in many roles throughout his career from an Adjunct professor at Southeastern University to spending 9 years at River Valley Church in various director roles, Clynt understands how churches function like few do. Currently Clynt serves as the executive pastor of Westwood Community Church.

Gabriel Anderson
Operations Director
Gabriel is a dedicated scientist and certified project manager with a strong technical background in biochemistry and biotechnology. Gabriel embodies an unparalleled passion for The commercialization of novel technologies and overall advancement in the medical field for the betterment of patients and the world.
Throughout his career, Gabriel has established his expertise in medical technology operations and NPD alongside industry giants like Beckman Coulter and Medtronic, in the medical sector. In his work, he places heavy importance on process improvement and innovative leadership principles. In recent times, he has redirected his efforts towards aligning his vocation with his full-time occupation by working to establish a transformational biomedical technology company.
Outside of his vocational pursuits, Gabriel is an active investor and enjoy’s using his knowledge to aid in the development of other transformational businesses.
Tony Foster
Tony has his PhD in Intercultural Studies from Malaysia Baptist Theological Seminary; MA in Intercultural Ministry from Assembly of God Theological Seminary; BA in Theology from Word of Truth Seminary; 15 years’ missionary field experience in Russia and Southeast Asia; served as President of Gulf States Bible College from 1997-2001 and more recently headed up the E5 Project in Southeast Asia which combined business initiatives with church planting movements as a regional director with the Surge Project; currently serves as the TEM Program Chair at BGU; teaches courses in Entrepreneurship and Intercultural Ministry Studies.
